Skomer View is light and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. It is on the top (second) floor of the main house. It is well equipped with a full range of modern appliances. Linen and electricity are provided; central heating is supplied by storage heaters. The apartment consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Equipment includes, electric hob, eye level grill and oven, washing machine/dryer, fridge freezer dishwasher and microwave.
Skomer View has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
There is a car park for guests adjoining the house.
Feel free to use the garden for sitting, sunbathing and eating outdoors! Outdoor furniture is provided.
Skomer View has reasonably good mobile reception on most mobile networks. We have tested Orange and Vodafone.
We have our own BT Broadband router, guests can use this at no extra cost provided usage is reasonable. The wireless access key is printed on the site of the router and is also advised to guests on request.
There is a corner shop nearby which sells fresh produce, general groceries and newspapers. Travel to St Davids for a more comprehensive range of shops including CK’s supermarket.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets due to the terms of our lease. Smoking is not permitted.
