August Bank Holiday

I’ts been a month or two since I posted a blog.  While it’s been heartening to know that our visitors have enjoyed Skomer View it’s very nice to have it to ourselves for a few days.  The weather’s been warm, dry and often sunny, despite forecasts to the contrary.  The highlight of the week was watching the seal pups at Martin’s Haven, also we were lucky to see choughs feeding on the ants on the nearby coast path, we saw a peregrine there too.   We enjoyed eating at the Swan Inn at Little Haven and Hilton Court tea room does a very nice sponge cake.  We are packing up to leave now… hope to be back again soon.
