Skomer View is a two bedroomed apartment on the top floor of the recently restored historic Llanunwas House. This delightful holiday flat, in Solva in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, has stunning views over St Brides Bay and the islands of Skomer and Skokholm. The imposing house, in a woodland setting, is a five minute walk from the coastal path, leading to St Davids in the west and Newgale in the east.
Surrounding the house are two acres of lawns and gardens with a mix of sunny and shaded areas – ideal for sitting and relaxing!
About Solva
Solva lies on the north side of St Bride’s Bay, in North Pembrokeshire and on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. It is set on a deep ravine at the mouth of the River Solva. In the ravine is Lower Solva, consisting of a long street ending at the small and beautiful harbour.
Coastal Path Accommodation
For walkers, Skomer View is an ideal base. A regular bus service will carry you back to Skomer View to unwind and enjoy the stunning views over farmland and out to sea. For water sport enthusiasts there are lots of opportunities within easy reach.
Remember – you won’t get views like this in a normal holiday cottage. Skomer View is also the perfect base for exploring some of the best beaches in Pembrokeshire.
